We cleared four beds, dispersed a variety of lettuce seeds, cleaned up trash and debris and halfway cleared a fully weeded out large bed exposing two climbing vine posts that will certainly be useful later, at Eco-Tone. Later, we built out the irrigation system and harvested long beans, kale, bell peppers, eggplant, and okra at Marcus Garvey. Key holder of the Silo was a no show expressing the need for family time after knowing of the event for months, so we hung out at Last Organic Outpost until 7 pm did some harvesting and farm touring until we realized that darkness had overtaken us and that it was time to call it a day. Thanks again, to everybody who helped make the day a hit!  We will be following up on our efforts over the next weeks and continuing to update our hub at Interoccupy with information relevant to this ongoing campaign!
