Each month for the foreseeable future InterOccupy will hold a Maestro Training Class for call requesters and anyone who wants to provide tech assistance on their calls. Additional classes can be arranged when needed, please request via email@example.com.
Maestro Training Class: 2nd Tuesday each month, 4PM Pacific, 8PM Eastern (2 hours)
The training is intended for facilitators and tech assistants on Maestro calls. It covers the preparation and procedures for conducting calls, an overview of the Maestro system, practice on the Maestro simulator, managing stacks and polls, controlling the microphone, and beginning and ending a call.
Other skills you’ll learn are: capturing contact info, forming and rectifying breakout groups, customizing information, and emergency procedures.
