Students for a Free Cooper Union in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street, Strike Debt, All In the Red, Free University and countless other call for the following day of action!
The Board of Trustees and the Administration at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art are considering charging tuition at the school for the first time in 110 years. We are organizing to make this issue as public as possible in order to not only bring attention to our own situation but also to the crisis of student debt in the U.S.
11AM- MEET UP AT WASHINGTON SQ PARK @ THE FOUNTAIN
12PM- STUDENT/FACULTY SPEAK OUTS

We ask that the march from Washington Square Park to The Cooper Union be fun, family-friendly, participatory, and welcoming to people not well-versed in protest. Please be nice! No property destruction, vandalism, theft, littering or obvious lawbreaking while marching.
